Following our recent meeting, I truly appreciated the effort your team put in to address the issue of fake leads. For a few weeks, the improvements were noticeable and we had some relief. Unfortunately, the problem has resurfaced, and my sales team is once again receiving fake or poor-quality leads.
This has become a major frustration, as it not only wastes valuable time but also impacts the morale of my salesmen. More importantly, despite the number of leads we have received, none have converted into actual sales — which makes it difficult to justify the subscription cost at this stage.
I kindly request that you provide a concrete solution to this recurring issue. If the quality of leads cannot be consistently improved, I will be left with no choice but to reconsider our subscription with Carfind.
I look forward to your urgent feedback on how this matter can be resolved.

Ons is al 'n rukkie by julle en voel ons kry nie die nodige resultate soos wat ons moet kry nie... ek weet julle is besig om 'n ander strategie in plek te sit vir ons, maar ons is aan die amper helfte van die maand en ons het net 4 leads gekry. Dis glad nie vir ons goed in vergelyking met die ander platforms wat ons het nie... wat doen die ander wat ons nog nie doen nie asb? Ek het hulp nodig hier sodat ons meer leads kan kry van julle af sodat die ouens darem n kwotasie kan doen van julle platforms af...moet ons ons stock meer boost?
Die ander platforms soos Auto Trader en truck en Trailer vat julle verby as dit kom by leads kry en kwotasies. Ons kry minum 24 oproepe net van Auto Trader af en dis nie ingesluit whatsapps nie en as ek na die recordings luister is dit ouens wat aan vra vir kwotasies en koop... en dis net in die middel van die maand...😉 |
